2. Information We Collect

We collect information that is strictly necessary to deliver a seamless studio experience, schedule classes, and manage studio memberships:

• Account & Profile Information: When you sign up or log in via Google Sign-In or Email, we collect your name, email address, and optional contact phone number.
• Class Reservations & Attendance: Records of your reserved sessions, attendance history, check-in timestamps, and cancellations.
• Class Passes & Membership Ledger: Details regarding your active pass tiers (e.g., 5-Class, 10-Class, Unlimited Monthly), remaining credits, expiration dates, and refill transaction logs.
• Camera & QR Code Scanning: The app accesses your device's camera exclusively in Front-Desk Reception Kiosk mode to scan digital student QR pass cards for fast check-in. No photos or video recordings are saved, stored, or transmitted.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide and support core studio functionalities, including:

• Displaying real-time class schedules, instructor details, and studio capacity.
• Processing class reservations, waitlists, and cancellations.
• Accurately tracking pass balances, renewals, and expiration rules.
• Facilitating contactless front-desk QR code check-ins.
• Sending essential booking updates, schedule changes, and automated low-pass reminders.

4. Data Storage, Cloud Sync & Security

Cloud Synchronization: Studio rosters, passes, and class sign-ups are synchronized in real-time with an encrypted, production-grade cloud database (Neon PostgreSQL) to maintain consistent studio records across devices and the reception desk.

Local Device Caching: Your active session tokens and language preferences are stored securely on your local device using AsyncStorage to ensure offline responsiveness.

Security Protocols: All communications between the app and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted industry providers strictly to enable necessary app features:

• Google Play Services: Core application distribution, updates, and integrity verification.
• Google Sign-In: Secure, one-tap authentication using your verified Google credentials.
• Neon Database: High-security serverless PostgreSQL hosting for studio database persistence.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Data Retention: We retain your studio profile and pass history for as long as your account remains active.

Account & Data Deletion: You retain complete control over your data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated booking and membership records at any time by emailing us at privacy@noamwolf.com.

Uninstallation: Removing the app from your device deletes all locally cached data.

7. Children's Privacy

Our app and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

By creating an account or using the Namaste Yoga Studio application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
